"The Picasso Affair" written by the multi-talented John Shand, Katoomba resident, long time music and theatre critic for SMH, muso and celebrated playwright, is a fast paced comedy in the course of which a couple's hidden secrets are revealed, initiated by a surveillance car sitting outside their house.
